PBM Studio stores studio booking, customer contact, payment and project-status information in Firebase. Data is used only to provide studio-management and customer-portal features.
Admin access uses Firebase Authentication. Customer portal access uses the registered mobile number supplied to the studio. No OTP is requested. Database access is controlled by Firebase Security Rules.
Customers may contact their studio to request correction or deletion. Studio owners may export or delete their records from the application.
